Você será o(a) responsável por atuar na prospecção até a contratação de talentos que farão a diferença no nosso crescimento internacional. Buscamos um(a) profissional que seja proativo(a), comunicativo(a), que tenha um olhar apurado para detalhes. Sua capacidade analítica, trabalho em equipe e habilidade em lidar com múltiplas tarefas serão essenciais para o sucesso.


Requirements

  • Hunting e Abordagem Ativa: Dominar ferramentas como LinkedIn Recruiter e outras plataformas para identificar e atrair talentos tech de alto nível.
  • Engajamento de Candidatos: Ser o ponto de contato principal, esclarecendo dúvidas e garantindo uma experiência positiva para os candidatos.
  • Entrevistas: Conduzir entrevistas aprofundadas para validar perfis, currículos e, crucialmente, a proficiência em inglês dos candidatos.
  • Networking Ativo: Participar ativamente de grupos e redes profissionais, expandindo nossa presença e atraindo potenciais talentos.
  • Gestão Organizada: Demonstrar excelente organização e gestão das suas atividades, garantindo um fluxo de trabalho eficiente

  • Experiência sólida experiência em Recrutamento e Seleção, com foco na área de Tecnologia;
  • Visão Sistêmica: Capacidade de enxergar o processo de ponta a ponta;
  • Agilidade e Proatividade: Ser um(a) profissional dinâmico(a) que busca soluções e antecipa necessidades;
  • Domínio de Ferramentas: Familiaridade com plataformas de comunicação (Microsoft Teams, Outlook, e ferramentas de escritório (pacote Office).
