busca de um Designer Júnior para fazer parte do nosso time e contribuir para o
fortalecimento da nossa marca.

Responsabilidades
  • Criação e apoio no desenvolvimento de
    materiais digitais    :
    participar na concepção de peças criativas para redes sociais, e-books,
    banners, apresentações, site institucional e campanhas de marketing.
  • Materiais gráficos e impressos: apoiar na criação de materiais
    internos, como flyers, folders e materiais para eventos.
  • Edição básica de vídeos e animações: realizar edições simples de vídeos
    e produzir animações leves para campanhas internas e externas.
  • Manutenção da identidade visual: aplicar as diretrizes de branding
    em todos os designs desenvolvidos.
  • Colaboração com a equipe de marketing
    e vendas    : atuar de
    forma integrada para traduzir briefings em soluções visuais.


Requirements


Diferenciais

  • Noções de copywriting e storytelling
    visual.
  • Experiência na criação de materiais
    para redes sociais ou campanhas de marketing.
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas de
    colaboração, como Clickup.
  • Interesse em UX/UI Design e/ou
    branding.

 

Requisitos
Técnicos (Must-Have)

  1. Domínio básico/intermediário de
    ferramentas de design gráfico    :
    • Adobe Photoshop
    • Adobe Illustrator
    • Canva ou ferramentas similares
  2. Conhecimento básico em edição de
    vídeo e animações    :
    • Adobe Premiere Pro
    • Noções iniciais de Adobe After
      Effects ou outra ferramenta para motion design.
  3. Habilidade para criação de materiais
    gráficos e digitais    :
    • Design para redes sociais,
      apresentações, e-mails e banners.
    • Criação de materiais impressos, como
      flyers e folders.
  4. Capacidade de aplicar e manter uma
    identidade visual consistente    :
    • Conhecimento em branding e
      guidelines de design.
  5. Familiaridade com ferramentas de
    colaboração e organização    :
    • Trello, Figma, Slack ou
      equivalentes.
  6. Organização de arquivos:
    • Habilidade para organizar e arquivar
      projetos utilizando sistemas digitais (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.).
  7. Noções de diagramação:
    • Experiência inicial com layouts para
      apresentações ou documentos (PDF, e-books, etc.).
  8. Boa comunicação visual:
    • Aplicação de fundamentos de design,
      como hierarquia visual, tipografia e uso de cores.

·         Proatividade,
autonomia e disciplina para atuar em ambiente 100% remoto.

·         Excelência
na comunicação verbal e escrita, facilitando a transmissão de informações
técnicas e operacionais.

·         Capacidade
de aprender novas tecnologias e adaptar-se rapidamente às inovações no setor de
T.I.

·         Perfil
analítico, com foco em identificação e resolução de problemas de forma eficaz e
criativa.

Formação
Desejável

Graduação ou
Curso Técnico em áreas
relacionadas, como:

    • Design Gráfico
    • Design Digital

    • Publicidade e Propaganda
    • Marketing
    • Multimídia ou Audiovisual
