(Lisbon – Hybrid) Schedule: Once a week in the office, Client: Telecommunications
  • Design and prpose technical solutions for data storage, backup, and recovery, aligned with business requirements and best market practices;
  • Participate in defining technical architectures for new projects and evolutions of existing environments;
  • Create technical documentation (HLD/LLD, runbooks, architecture diagrams, etc.) for projects and deliverables;
  • Evaluate and recommend market technologies and products (NAS, SAN, VTL, deduplication, cloud backup, etc.);
  • Work closely with infrastructure, security, cloud, and operations teams;
  • Conduct capacity, performance, and risk assessments in storage and backup environments;
  • Support the implementation, migration, or upgrade of storage infrastructures and backup solutions;
  • Ensure that solutions comply with legal, security, and business continuity requirements.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or similar field;
  • Proven experience in enterprise storage solutions (NetApp, Dell EMC, HPE 3PAR/Primera, etc.);
  • Solid knowledge of backup tools and platforms (Veeam, Commvault, Veritas, etc.);
  • Experience in virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper-V) and/or cloud integration (Azure, AWS, etc.);
  • Experience in producing technical documentation and designing solutions (Visio, draw.io, etc.);
  • Analytical skills, attention to detail, and focus on quality deliverables;
