Leadership
  • Problem solving mindset – proactive in finding solutions to both technical and human problems when faced with blockers
  • Can manage milestones and timelines on complex projects in an agile environment
  • Can lead juniors by unblocking them when faced with challenges
  • Can coach juniors in technical upskilling.
Communication
  • Ability to clearly communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to provide both headlines or details to technical solutions, challenges faced or general status updates
  • Ability to visualise technical solutions using diagrams
Technical – Platform Experience required:
  • Email Studio
  • Content Builder
  • Automation Studio
  • Journey Builder
  • CloudPages
Programmatic skills required:
  • Email HTML (including tables)
  • HTML/CSS
  • Ampscript
  • SSJS
  • SQL
Nice to have:
  • Experience with frontend frameworks
  • Greenfield SFMC implementation experience
  • Familiarity with SF CRM clouds and their data models (Service, Sales)
  • MobileStudio or WhatsApp implementation experience
  • Experience working in Scrum“
