Descrição do Cargo: Você é o maestro que transforma uma conversa promissora em um contrato assinado. Como nosso(a) Executivo(a) de Contas, sua missão será receber as oportunidades qualificadas geradas pelo nosso time de prospecção e conduzi-las com maestria por todo o ciclo de vendas. Você não será um mero "tirador de pedidos"; será um(a) parceiro(a) estratégico(a) dos nossos futuros clientes, mergulhando nos seus desafios de negócio para desenhar e propor a solução tecnológica ideal. Se você tem paixão por resolver problemas complexos, construir relacionamentos de confiança e, claro, pelo som da notificação de "venda fechada", esta vaga é para você.
Suas responsabilidades no dia a dia:
  • Diagnóstico Profundo: Conduzir reuniões de descoberta para entender a fundo as dores, processos e objetivos de negócio dos clientes.
  • Apresentações de Impacto: Apresentar as soluções e serviços da Biz2People de forma consultiva, traduzindo características técnicas em benefícios de negócio claros e mensuráveis.
  • Elaboração de Propostas de Valor: Criar propostas comerciais personalizadas que não apenas listam serviços, mas contam a história de como resolveremos o problema do cliente e qual o ROI esperado.
  • Negociação e Fechamento: Conduzir negociações de escopo, preço e prazos com C-levels e tomadores de decisão, superando objeções e guiando o processo até a assinatura do contrato.
  • Gestão de Pipeline: Gerenciar seu pipeline de oportunidades no Salesforce com disciplina, garantindo a acuracidade das previsões de vendas (forecast).
  • Colaboração Interna: Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com as equipes de pré-vendas e entrega para garantir que as soluções propostas sejam tecnicamente viáveis e entregues com excelência.
  • Construção de Relacionamento: Ser o ponto de confiança do cliente durante todo o processo de venda.


Requirements

  • Experiência comprovada em vendas B2B no setor de tecnologia, atuando como Closer ou Executivo de Contas.
  • Histórico consistente de atingimento e superação de metas de vendas.
  • Experiência com venda consultiva/venda de soluções (Solution Selling), não apenas de produtos de prateleira.
  • Domínio na elaboração e apresentação de propostas comerciais complexas.
  • Proficiência no uso de CRM, especialmente Salesforce, para gestão de pipeline.

  • Ouvinte Excepcional: Você entende que a melhor forma de vender é ouvir. Suas perguntas são mais poderosas que suas afirmações.
  • Construtor(a) de Confiança: Você cria rapport genuíno e se posiciona como um conselheiro, não como um vendedor tradicional.
  • Storyteller de Negócios: Sabe como transformar uma solução técnica em uma narrativa de sucesso que empolga o cliente.
  • Negociador(a) Habilidoso(a): Consegue defender o valor da solução, mantendo a calma sob pressão e buscando o "ganha-ganha".
  • Organização Impecável: Gerencia múltiplas negociações em diferentes estágios sem perder o ritmo ou os detalhes de cada uma.
Requisitos Desejáveis (Nice to have):
  • Experiência prévia com a venda de serviços no ecossistema Salesforce.
  • Experiência com a venda de serviços de Outsourcing (Body Shop, Squads as a Service).
  • Inglês para comunicação com times e parceiros internacionais.
