Requirements

  • Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência em desenvolvimento de aplicações web.
  • Experiência direta com ferramentas que servem previsões/recomendações baseadas em IA é uma vantagem;
  • Proficiência em tecnologias de desenvolvimento frontend e backend (por exemplo, Django/FastAPI + React, Ruby on
    Rails, Flask + Vue.js);
  • Capacidade de projetar soluções escaláveis, modulares e reutilizáveis com base na arquitetura de microsserviços
    (usando K8s, Docker);
  • Fortes habilidades de estruturação de projetos, aplicando as melhores práticas de desenvolvimento e teste;
  • Experiência com pipelines de CI/CD: capacidade de construir e manter pipelines que automatizam partes do ciclo de
    desenvolvimento, garantindo entregas de alta qualidade e pontuais;
  • Familiaridade com serviços em nuvem (preferencialmente Azure);
  • Experiência anterior no desenvolvimento de arquiteturas/pipelines de agentes (valorizada);
  • Experiência na produção de pipelines que automatizam o ciclo de vida de modelos de IA usando paradigmas MLOps
    atuais (valorizada);
  • Experiência com copilotos de IA para acelerar o desenvolvimento (valorizada);
  • Exposição a tecnologias de computação distribuída (Hadoop, Spark) (valorizada);
