Description

Maia – Hybrid. Schedule: 2x/week at the office.
The professional will be responsible for building, automating, and optimizing cloud and container platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and observability. You will be part of a DevOps/SRE team focused on automation, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code (IaC).
  • Develop and maintain Kubernetes Operators and containerized environments;
  • Create tools and automations in Go or Python;
  • Automate and optimize cloud infrastructure (Azure or GCP);
  • Improve CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Argo CD) and GitOps practices;
  • Implement monitoring and observability (Grafana, Prometheus);
  • Manage infrastructure lifecycle with IaC (Terraform, Crossplane);
  • Support incident response and continuous reliability improvement;


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or similar;
  • 8+ years of experience in Cloud, DevOps, or SRE;
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, IaC, CI/CD, GitOps;
  • Programming in Go or Python;
  • Experience in Azure or GCP;
  • Analytical, collaborative, and autonomous skills;
  • Fluent English (C1)
  • Valued experience with generative AI tools (nice to have)
