Project
Manager / Scrum Master fundador(a) da nossa área de projetos, alguém que vai não só conduzir iniciativas
estratégicas, mas também desenhar e implantar a governança de um futuro PMO dentro da Biz.

Você será responsável
por liderar projetos de alto impacto, como o desenvolvimento do OrgAudit, gestão do backlog interno de implementações e otimizações.

Sua missão será dupla:

  1. Entregar
    resultados concretos    , equilibrando escopo, prazo e custo,
    garantindo a satisfação dos stakeholders.
  2. Construir
    processos e cultura ágil    , atuando também como Scrum Master,
    organizando backlog, conduzindo cerimônias e mentoria junto ao time de
    desenvolvimento.

Suas responsabilidades no dia a dia

  • Arquitetar a
    Governança:     Estruturar e implementar processos de gestão
    de projetos com base no PMBOK e metodologias ágeis, preparando o terreno
    para o futuro PMO.
  • Liderar e
    Facilitar:     Atuar como Scrum Master junto ao time de
    desenvolvimento, conduzindo planning, reviews, dailies e retrospectivas.
  • Gerenciar o
    Projeto OrgAudit:     Controlar escopo, cronograma e orçamento,
    assegurando entregas com qualidade e documentação completa.
  • Cuidar do Backlog
    Interno:     Priorizar épicos, definir estimativas (story
    points), acompanhar entregas e alinhar constantemente com stakeholders.
  • Comunicar com
    Clareza:     Garantir alinhamento entre diretoria,
    clientes internos e equipe técnica, produzindo relatórios, manuais e
    documentação.
  • Ser o Guardião
    dos Processos:     Propor melhorias contínuas, identificar
    riscos e remover impedimentos para que o time foque em resultados.
  • Em uma Segunda
    etapa,     ajudar a implementar o PMO da Biz e atuar na
    Gestão de projetos Biz para clientes


Requirements

Hard Skills (O que você precisa saber)

  • Experiência
    sólida em gestão de projetos (PMBOK, cronogramas, escopo, custos).
  • Vivência como Scrum
    Master     e domínio de metodologias ágeis.
  • Capacidade de
    estruturar e documentar processos de forma clara.
  • Experiência em
    priorização e acompanhamento de backlog técnico.
  • Familiaridade com
    ferramentas de gestão (ex.: Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project, Confluence).
