Description
Experienced Workday Integration Specialist Experienced in developing and maintaining Workday integrations, with a solid track record in environments with multiple platform modules. The focus of the position is to deliver robust and sustainable integrations between Workday (Core HCM, Finance, Payroll, Learning) and external platforms such as Azure and internal data services.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development and optimization of Workday integrations (inbound/outbound) using standard tools such as EIB, Core Connectors and custom reports (RaaS).
- Collaborate on improving integrations that support employee data, payroll and finance-related processes.
- Use calculated fields, custom reports and Workday APIs to support data flow and transformation.
- Apply Workday tools (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, API) and XSLT transformations.
- Implement and manage secure file transfers (MFT) and support the automation of integration processes using DevOps tools.
- Coordinate integration flows with platforms such as Azure, internal analysis tools and third-party systems.
- Contribute to technical documentation and process improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with other developers and support the onboarding and mentoring of junior integration engineers
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience with Workday integrations.
- Advanced knowledge of Workday integration technologies and Azure services.
- Familiarity with integration tools such as EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio (desirable but not required), and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Solid understanding of the Workday HCM module; experience with Finance, Payroll or Learning is a plus.
- Certification in Workday Integration is a plus.
- Ability to work with XSLT, XML/JSON and data transformation logic.
- Proficiency with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Good documentation skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
