Description
DevSecOps and automation assignment bridging distributed development and application-operations teams. The resource
will coach the local operations team in scripting, automation and modern delivery practices, while improving release
management and supporting the transition from Windows-based infrastructure to container platforms.

Key responsibilities:
- Coach and train operations engineers in Infrastructure as Code, scripting and modern DevOps practices.
- Own and
improve release-management and deployment pipelines using XL Deploy and XL Release. - Develop automation using Python and PowerShell.
- Maintain and support existing Windows virtual-machine and IIS infrastructure.
- Drive the migration of applications and operational practices towards OpenShift.
- Improve collaboration and delivery alignment between development and operations teams.
- Support incidents, changes and architecture decisions requiring high technical added value.
- Document operational practices and contribute to sustainable, secure and repeatable delivery processes.
Requirements
Mandatory requirements:
- Between six and nine years of relevant DevOps, DevSecOps, infrastructure or application-operations experience.
- Strong scripting and automation capability using Python and PowerShell.
- Hands-on experience with XL Deploy and XL Release.
- Solid Windows Server and IIS administration background.
- Good practical experience with OpenShift, including containers, images and pods.
- Strong coaching, communication and remote-collaboration skills.
- Fluent English and ability to work effectively with distributed teams.
Preferred / differentiating requirements:
- C# knowledge sufficient to understand and support existing applications.
- French-language capability.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code, security-by-design or DevSecOps governance.
