Regulated financial services Senior workflow-development assignment supporting a multi-year digitalisation programme
within a regulated financial-services environment. The resource will design and deliver end-to-end business processes
using IBM Business Automation Workflow, integrating workflow components with enterprise applications and user
interfaces.

Key responsibilities:
- Design, develop and deploy end-to-end process workflows using IBM Business Automation Workflow.
- Configure Process Designer, Process Portal, business process definitions, service flows and Coach-based user
interfaces. - Integrate workflow solutions with external systems through REST and SOAP services.
- Develop JavaScript or ECMAScript logic for workflow scripting and Coach components.
- Build or contribute to enriched user interfaces and front-end integrations when required.
- Write and execute unit and integration tests covering workflow behaviour and business rules.
- Produce process designs, API contracts and clear technical documentation.
- Participate in code reviews, Agile ceremonies and knowledge-sharing activities across a multi-site team.
Requirements
Mandatory requirements:
- More than nine years of relevant software-development or enterprise-workflow experience.
- Strong hands-on development experience with IBM Business Automation Workflow.
- Practical expertise with IBM Process Designer, service flows, process definitions and Coaches.
- Experience integrating enterprise applications through REST and SOAP web services and SOA principles.
- Good JavaScript or ECMAScript development capability.
- Working knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.
- Experience with Agile delivery methods and version-control platforms such as Git or Bitbucket.
Preferred / differentiating requirements:
- Java or J2EE experience for custom integrations and back-end extensions.
- Angular experience for user interfaces beyond native workflow Coaches.
- Knowledge of IBM Case Manager, IBM Operational Decision Manager, Jenkins or CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with WCAG accessibility, Confluence and Swagger-based documentation.
