Regulated financial services Senior project-leadership assignment responsible for coordinating cross-functional
technology teams and helping establish a new industrialisation and transversal-delivery capability. The resource will drive
strategic initiatives covering software-delivery standardisation, platform governance, shared technical assets, AI
enablement and data protection controls. 
Key responsibilities:
  • Coordinate cross-functional development teams and support the establishment of the new industrialisation and
    transversal-delivery area.
  • Lead the industrialisation of CI/CD pipelines, quality gates and software-delivery practices.
  • Coordinate API gateway implementation, governance and associated technical standards.
  • Drive the development and standardisation of reusable transversal assets.
  • Coordinate AI-for-technology initiatives, including integration, deployment and community enablement.
  • Oversee
    data-anonymisation processes and alignment with security and compliance requirements.
  • Manage project scope, progress, dependencies, risks, suppliers and stakeholder communication.
  • Ensure delivery against agreed quality, cost, schedule, performance and security expectations. 


Requirements

Mandatory requirements:
  • More than nine years of relevant IT project, programme or technical-delivery leadership experience.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of software-development lifecycles, CI/CD, DevOps and quality-assurance practices.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across multiple departments.
  • Experience defining technical requirements, coordinating validation and overseeing deployment and operational
    handover.
  • Strong organisation, prioritisation, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage several strategic workstreams simultaneously and proactively resolve delivery constraints. 
Preferred / differentiating requirements:
  • Experience with API governance, shared platform assets or software-delivery industrialisation.
  • Familiarity with AI concepts, developer communities and AI-enabled engineering practices.
  • Experience with data anonymisation, regulated environments or compliance-sensitive technology programmes.
