Description

  • Apoiar gerentes externos de projeto durante todo o ciclo de vida do projeto e supervisionar a entrega local.
  • Servir como ponto focal da CSU para pedidos de suporte a projetos recebidos, avaliando apoios locais, cronogramas e planos, enquanto gerenciam as expectativas das partes interessadas.
  • Coordenar as atividades do projeto em conformidade com as regulamentações da OTAN e as políticas da Agência NCI.
  • Acompanhe marcos, atividades, orçamentos, recursos, receita, custos de capital, riscos e qualidade da entrega.
  • Prepare e mantenha planos de projeto, relatórios, pautas e atas das reuniões, rastreadores de ações, documentação com controle de versões e lições aprendidas.
  • Custos de suporte, avaliações técnicas, de pessoal, financiamento, contratação e priorização.
  • Coordenar Solicitações de Clientes, Solicitações de Mudança Northwood, suporte técnico, requisitos operacionais e atividades de contratados.
  • Faça a ponte com equipe técnica, engenheiros, gerentes de conta, órgãos da OTAN, nações, clientes, ACO/ACT e outras agências do NCI.
  • Represente a CSU em comitês, conselhos, grupos de trabalho, conferências e reuniões de planejamento.
  • Garanta que os entregáveis atendam aos padrões de qualidade acordados.
  • Mantenha atualizado os métodos de gerenciamento de projetos/serviços, ferramentas e tecnologias relevantes.
  • Substitui a equipe sênior e desempenha outras funções consistentes com o cargo.


Requirements

  • Bacharelado em uma disciplina relevante de uma universidade reconhecida, além de pelo menos dois anos de experiência relevante após a graduação.
  • Excepcionalmente, nenhum diploma pode ser aceito se o candidato demonstrar pelo menos dois anos de expertise substancial, progressista e diretamente relevante.
  • Experiência em gestão de projetos abrangendo a implementação e entrega de processos de negócios dentro de restrições acordadas de custo, cronograma, recursos e qualidade.
  • Experiência em definir, documentar, aconselhar e concluir com sucesso projetos de pequena a média porte.
  • Experiência prévia como gerente de projetos, incluindo:
    • Planejamento do projeto e direção diária
    • Estimativas de financiamento e requisitos de contratação
    • Relatórios de status e relatórios de projetos
    • Briefings para altos funcionários
    • Experiência em apoiar o ciclo de vida de sistemas de informação.
    • Experiência em coordenar requisitos operacionais e de exercícios com partes interessadas técnicas e operacionais.
Qualificações e experiência desejáveis
  • Compreensão da análise de sistemas e desenvolvimento de sistemas de informação.
  • Familiaridade técnica com sistemas distribuídos, sistemas de informação de comando e controle, WANs e LANs.
  • Conhecimento de ITIL, gestão de projetos, gestão da informação e do conhecimento, engenharia de sistemas de informação, gestão de recursos da OTAN e políticas e organização da CEI da OTAN.
  • Diploma de pós-graduação em uma área relacionada à engenharia de SI.
  • Filiação a uma instituição profissional reconhecida.
  • Experiência em um ambiente militar/civil internacional.
  • Conhecimento da organização e responsabilidades da OTAN, especialmente ACO e ACT.
