Requirements

Responsibilities

– Implement SAP to completely new sites

– Transition sites from Non-SAP to SAP ERP / SAP EWM

– Transition sites from SAP WM to SAP EWM

– Grow SAP EWM Template

– Roll-Out SAP EWM Template

– Continuously improve SAP EWM for locations which are already using it

– Connect other components to SAP EWM (SAP Transport Management, SAP 

Package Builder, MES-System, Analytics-Systems for Realtime Reporting, Material 

Flow Control for automated warehouses)

Years of experience

– 5-7+ years of proven experience as an SAP EWM Consultant.

Functional Skills

– Conceptual design of complex global IT solutions.

– Business consulting in process design and IT systems configuration.

– Creation of concepts.

– Implement complex global IT solutions.

– Coordination of collaboration with external suppliers.

– Work in projects as team member and/or workstream lead Documentation and 

presentation of results.

– Analyzing and resolving incidents.

Technical Skills

– Consulting & Technical Skills SAP EWM including all relevant interfaces to SAP 

ERP

– Knowledge of ABAP programming and EWM-Frameworks

– SAP EWM configuration and customizing

– Fiori UI awareness

– Documentation: Confluence

– Task Management: JIRA

– SAP: Solution Manager 

Soft Skills

– Analytical thinking:

o Ability to understand complex subscription and billing processes and 

translate them into technical solutions.

o Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting integration and 

configuration issues.

– Communication Skills:

o Clear and concise communication with business stakeholders, and 

technical peers.

o Ability to explain technical concepts in business-friendly language.

– Collaboration & Teamwork:

o Working effectively with cross-functional teams and cross regional teams 

(Europe, NA, SA, India, China, APAC). Coordinating with external vendors.

– Adaptability:

o Ability to quickly learn new features.

o Flexibility to handle changing business priorities and timelines.

– Time Management:

o Managing multiple tasks and deadlines in complex projects.

o Prioritizing critical deliverables under tight schedules.

– Customer-Centric Mindset:

o Understanding the impact of subscription and billing processes on 

customer experience.

o Designing solutions that improve efficiency and reduce friction for endusers.

– Negotiation & Stakeholder Management:

o Handling discussions on requirements, timelines, and dependencies.

o Aligning technical feasibility with business expectations.

Languages

– Fluency in English (mandatory)
