Working at Biz means being in an environment where the pace is fast, but the support from the team makes all the difference. It’s a place where we learn every day, even through challenges — and there are plenty of them! 😊

What I value most is the openness to share ideas, the spirit of teamwork, and the constant drive to improve processes. It’s not always easy, but it’s always an opportunity to grow.

I’m New to the Biz Team, and It’s Already Been an Amazing Experience!
Since day one, it’s been an incredible journey! The company has such a positive environment, with people always willing to help each other. I felt so welcomed right from the start, especially with the welcome gifts — #lovedit <3!

More than that, I feel useful, valued, and motivated to grow alongside the team. Thank you, Biz, for the opportunity!

Working at Biz Is Like Diving into a World of Opportunities
Here, we have the freedom to be creative, grow, and constantly learn through new experiences.

In my case, having moved from Brazil to Portugal, Biz has been more than just a workplace — it was a crucial pillar of support during my adaptation to a new culture. This environment gave me the strength to face the challenges of immigrant life with more ease and confidence.

I am immensely happy to be part of the Biz team and to contribute positively to the growth of the company and the amazing people who walk this journey with me.

Working at Biz Was a Turning Point
I had never worked in a company focused on the IT sector before, so it posed a professional challenge for me. However, when I was contacted by one of the recruiters inviting me to a selection process, I was certain it was a place where I could learn and develop new skills...

I’ve Been at Biz for Two Years, and I’m Very Proud of My Journey Here
This was my first 100% remote job, an opportunity I had always wanted that gave me geographic freedom. I was able to explore new places and cultures without giving up my work, which was transformative for both my personal and professional life...

At Biz, I’ve always had the space to contribute ideas and suggestions for improvement. The environment is collaborative, open to dialogue, and fosters innovation. I learn every day from a committed team and inspiring leaders who support our growth.

At the end of each month, when you take a moment to reflect, you realize that beyond the financial return, you’ve gained more preparation, more confidence, and a professional and personal skillset that no one can take away from you.

It’s a Privilege to Be at Biz
More than just a place to fulfill our responsibilities, we find an environment of collaboration, a space to speak and be heard — in other words, a place to grow. Here, we encounter people who are humble rather than driven by egos.

I am grateful to be part of this team, where there’s room for us to build together through support but, above all, respect. The diversity of ideas is truly inspiring and contagious.
