Description

Assignment context Application-engineering and support role ensuring the stability of test and production environments in
banking and trade-finance applications.
Key responsibilities:
  • Maintain operational test environments, including batch unblocking, queue-message management and SQL-script
    execution.
  • Coordinate remediation actions with Business Analysts and developers.
  • Participate in technical incident management in production and minimise operational disruption.
  • Support application integration, industrialisation and continuous improvement across study, infrastructure and security
    teams.


Requirements

Mandatory requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Basic Java back-end knowledge.
  • CI/CD and DevSecOps experience with Jenkins, XLD and XLR.
  • Oracle databases, SQL views and SQL scripts.
  • Agile / Scrum delivery.
  • Incident-management experience and working knowledge of ServiceNow or Jira.
  • English at B2+ to C1 level.
Preferred / differentiating requirements:
  • Control-M.
  • CFT and MQ Series.
  • FBTI.
  • XL Deploy.
  • Functional knowledge or strong interest in banking and Trade Finance. 
Experience:
  • Mid-level, approximately 5 years
