Description

Assignment context Application-engineering and support role ensuring the stability of test and production environments for
banking and trade-finance applications.
Key responsibilities:
  • Maintain operational test environments, including batch unblocking, queue-message management and SQL script
    execution.
  • Coordinate remediation activities with Business Analysts and developers.
  • Participate in technical incident management in production and minimise operational disruption.
  • Support application integration, industrialisation and continuous improvement across development, infrastructure and
    security teams.


Requirements

Mandatory requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Approximately five years of relevant application-support or application-engineering experience.
  • English at C1 or strong B2+.
  • Basic Java backend knowledge.
  • CI/CD and DevSecOps experience using Jenkins, XL Deploy or XL Release.
  • Oracle databases, SQL views and scripts.
  • Agile / Scrum delivery, incident management and ServiceNow or Jira.
Preferred / differentiating requirements:
  • Control-M, CFT, MQ Series or FBTI.
  • Experience with trade-finance applications or other regulated transaction-processing environments.
Experience:
  • Mid-level, approximately 5 years
