Description

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead the evolution and modernization
of Portal, a strategic internal platform used to support processes and
customer-facing operations.
The Product Owner will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, development
teams, architects, and external suppliers, ensuring that business needs are translated into
clear requirements and delivered with quality, efficiency, and business value.
Key Responsibilities
  • Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for P360.
  • Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from multiple stakeholders.
    Manage and prioritize the product backlog according to business value, strategic
    objectives, and delivery constraints.
  • Write and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
  • Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and product demonstrations.
  • Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation.
  • Coordinate with development teams, UX/UI designers, architects, and testing teams.
  • Monitor delivery progress, identify risks and dependencies, and support resolution
    activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement of product processes, user experience, and platform
    adoption.
  • Support testing, validation, and acceptance of delivered functionalities.
  • Produce executive updates and communicate product status to stakeholders and
    management.


Requirements

Required Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in digital
    transformation and software development projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Experience managing product backlogs and defining user stories.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable development
    tasks.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
  • Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making approach.
    Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in telecommunications or enterprise digital platforms.
  • Experience with customer portals, CRM, digital channels, or workflow management
    solutions.
  • Familiarity with Angular-based applications and modern web architectures.
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
