- 5+ years of proven experience as a Salesforce Developer.
Functional Skills
- Core Salesforce Knowledge.
- Salesforce Platform Fundamentals:Objects, fields, relationships, security model, workflows and automation.
- Apex and Lightning Components: Ability to customize and extend functionality using Apex classes, triggers, and LWC.
- Data Modeling & Integration: Understanding of data architecture and integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs).
- Subscription & Billing Functional Expertise.
- Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing).
- Product Catalog Management: Setting up subscription products, bundles, and pricing models.
- Quote-to-Cash Process: Deep understanding of CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and its integration with Billing.
- Subscription Lifecycle Management: Handling renewals, amendments, cancellations, and upgrades.
- Usage-Based Billing: Managing metered services and usage records.
- Invoice & Payment Processing: Generating invoices, applying taxes, and managing payment schedules.
- Revenue Recognition Rules.
- ERP Integration: Knowledge of connecting Salesforce Billing with ERP systems.
- Payment integration: Stripe.
