Assignment context Senior Salesforce engineering role within a cross-functional delivery team, covering complex solution
design, development, integration and technical leadership.
Key responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and development of complex custom applications on the Salesforce platform.
  • Architect solutions from business requirements and provide technical leadership across developers, architects and
    analysts.
  • Implement integrations with external systems, APIs, web services and middleware.
  • Define development, integration and deployment best practices and conduct code reviews.
  • Mentor developers, troubleshoot complex issues and maintain technical documentation.
  • Deliver automated unit and integration testing and manage multiple workstreams independently. 


Requirements

Mandatory requirements:
  • At least five years of Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong Apex, Visualforce and Lightning component expertise.
  • Salesforce integration experience using APIs, web services and middleware.
  • Salesforce security, data modelling and Git-based version control.
  • Demonstrated technical leadership, mentoring and code-review experience.
  • Strong analytical, communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred / differentiating requirements:
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II, Technical Architect or comparable certification.
  • Experience leading complex enterprise Salesforce programmes. 
Experience:
  • 6–9 years; at least 5 years on Salesforce
