The Senior ServiceNow Developer will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing the new Compliance
Application on the ServiceNow platform, leveraging the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) module (e.g., Compliance
Case Management, Policy & Compliance Management, and related IRM workflows). This role requires strong ServiceNow
development skills and the ability to translate Legal & Compliance requirements into secure, scalable solutions (including
data model configuration, workflows/Flow Designer, Employee Centre configuration, reporting and dashboards). The ideal
candidate has 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience and proven ability to deliver enterprise-grade applications
with strong governance, auditability, and role-based access controls. The role works closely with business analysts,
compliance stakeholders, architects and other developers. 
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
  • Design, develop, test and deploy the new Compliance Application
    leveraging ServiceNow IRM (including Compliance Case Management and Policy & Compliance workflows)
  • Configure
    and extend IRM data models (case types, controls, policies, attestations/assessments) ensuring traceability and
    audit-ready evidence
  • Implement workflow automation (Flow Designer/Workflows), approvals and notifications aligned to
    Legal & Compliance processes (e.g., gifts & hospitality, conflicts of interest, data breach reporting, PO pre approvals)
  • Define and implement role-based access controls (least privilege), security best practices, and segregation of duties for
    compliance-sensitive data
  • Develop dashboards, reports and KPIs to support compliance monitoring and stakeholder
    visibility
  • Maintain high-quality technical documentation (designs, configurations, runbooks) and support knowledge
    transfer within the team Core competencies, knowledge  and experience


Requirements

  • Strong ServiceNow development experience (ideally 5+ years) including scripting, data model configuration, UI policies,
    business rules and integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM / GRC applications is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow development patterns; familiarity with Flow Designer and Employee Centre.
  • Ability to work with Legal stakeholders and translate regulatory/process requirements into implementable user stories and configurations.
  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD) are a plus.
  • Strong communication skills in English, proactive mindset, and comfort working in an agile, cross functional delivery team.
Must have technical/professional qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technology, engineering, science, mathematics, or relevant professional experience in
    ServiceNow platform delivery.
