PIMS Stibo Step Business Analyst – Porto | Portugal

Responsibilities
– Requirements Gathering & Analysis
o Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand processes and pain points.
o Document functional requirements and user stories for Salesforce solutions.

– Solution Design & Configuration
o Configure Stibo STEP workflows, data models, and business rules.
o Support attribute management, and data governance setup.

– Data Quality & Governance
o Define standards for product data quality and compliance.
o Monitor and validate data integrity within the PIM system.

– Integration Support
o Work with IT teams to integrate Stibo STEP with ERP, e-commerce, and other systems.
o Ensure smooth data exchange and synchronization.

– Testing & Validation
o Prepare test cases and perform UAT for new features and enhancements.

– Training & Documentation
o Develop user guides and conduct training sessions for business users.

– Continuous Improvement
o Identify opportunities to optimize PIM processes and system performance.


Requirements

Years of experience

–         5+ years of proven experience as a Stibo Step Business Analyst.

 

Functional Skills

–         Strong understanding of Product Information Management System (PIMS) concepts.

–         Knowledge of Stibo Step platform functionalities (data modeling, workflows, business rules).

–         Experience in data governance.

–         Familiarity with product lifecycle management and product development processes and multi-channel publishing.

–         Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into system configurations.

–         Understanding of integration concepts (APIs, ETL processes) for PIM and ERP/e-commerce systems.

Technical Skills

–         Basic SQL for data validation.

–         Knowledge of XML/JSON for data exchange.

–         Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Talend, SAP CPI).

Soft Skills

–         Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

–         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

–         Ability to work in cross-functional and multicultural teams.

–         Attention to detail and organizational skills.
